On 10-3-05, two New Orleans great soul legends, Allen Toussaint and Irma Thomas, appeared on NBC TODAY show's coverage of their Katrina Habitat for Humanity project. Their 1st home was given to a family in Slidell, Louisiana. Allen Toussaint and Irma Thomas are featured artists on the "I Believe to My Soul" CD for which $10 is being donated to the Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Recovery fund.
